Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on-board. Free shuttle bus service is available to and from the terminal located at W. 38th Street & 12th Avenue.

Ticket Office: Opens 1 hour prior to the first cruise and closes immediately after the last cruise of the day departs.
Cruise Departures (seasonal):
May 24–June 30: Daily, 6:30 pm
July 1–October 13: Daily, 7:30 pm
October 14–December 31: Friday–Saturday, 6:30 pm
Closed: Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
