
Returns and Exchanges

We understand that your travel plans may change. We are
happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on Explorer Passes that have
not been activated, up to one full year after your purchase date. Or,
you may exchange your cards for a different city up to equal value of
original purchase.
To protect your privacy and increase security we may have
to contact you for returns that are received 120 days or more after purchase
date.

I printed a voucher and planned to pick up the cards
locally.
Exchanges

*Note: Explorer Pass website purchases will have
a confirmation number that begins with “Ex”

(the message would be from “info@smartdestinations.com”)

of your packing slip received with your order.

We will contact you within 10 business days to confirm
receipt of your return.
Most refunds are processed within 20 business days. We will refund
the full amount of your card purchase, excluding any shipping costs.
